My independent mechanic says they recommend 3000 miles or every three months for changing the oil of the synthetic blend my Lincoln is using. Do you agree with this or disagree with this?

Want to grill two burgers for me and the Better half.

Gas = quick but gas taste

Charcoal = longer prep on charcoal but better taste?

Which would you do!

I have gas and charcoal Weber Grills .
