Does anyone’s app also read this? I can see video on the panel, just not the app.

App asks me to log out, or click a link for additional help.

When I log out and sign back in I get the same screen.

Just as the title reads. Have one of your parents ever forgotten a birthday of yours, and if so, how did that make you feel?

I’ve had a couple of missed ones, and I’ve never missed any of my kid’s birthdays (YET).
