I tried flavoured yougurt instead of the natural but I wasn't a fan.

I was shocked i had more energy during dance now when I've upped my intake. I know groundbreaking

Scrambled oats with quark mixed with low fat yougurt and passion fruit
Scrambled oats: 1 dl oats, 1 msk chia seeds, 1/2 banana, 1 egg 1/2 dl water (or liquid of your choice) and cinnamon (or whatever spices you'd like)
mash the banana, add egg and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and let it sit a little for the chia seeds to absorb. Fry in a pan until you are happy.
