I got this elf palette probably 7 ish years ago from a holiday collection I believe and it’s clearly been loved . Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on the specific shades that came in this palette. Specifically the bronzers. I know it’s a stretch but even if yall have similar recs I’d appreciate it. 🤗
Besides the wrist wrap I wear im curious what else I could do to prevent waking up in intense pain. Specifically this morning when I woke up it hurt so bad (numb/ tingling/ burning) and even standing up and moving around didn’t bring the feeling back in my fingers and it was a really unpleasant experience. I’ve taken IBPROFEN and am wearing my wrist wrap but what else could I do? Last time I brought it up to my DR he said he didn’t want to do surgery, (26F) but maybe I need a second opinion.
