Ive been doing hair for about 5 years now and also just turned 30. I recently got out of a marriage and am feeling like starting over..
Im currently in Portland Oregon, but am dreaming about the east coast. Im wondering what the experience is like and also reciprocity or transferring liscencing or pricing, quality of life..

Ive worked in and out of chains and Commission type salons but i do wanna work towards building independence, And just curious on anyone’s experience.

Does anyone know of any private salons that are hiring stylist right now?

I specialize in curly cuts and clipper cuts, not really interested in doing color .
