How to know he/she is ok?

Hi, I’m 14 weeks pregnant, I did my first trimester ultrasound 2 weeks ago and have the next one in one month from now :/
I had in the past a silent miscarriage so I am always overanalysing if I have still symptoms (even though they are supposed to disappear in the second trimester and I should be in safe zone, I can’t help but still be worried).
I thought about buying a Doppler but apparently it can be misleading.
I started today to measure my belly and write it in a calendar to see if it grows week by week (I already started to see a belly on me). What other ways do you do to reassure yourself that baby is fine? Somehow one ultrasound per month is not enough for me :(

Thank you!

Boyfriend pushing breastfeeding

Hi,
My bf told me that he expects me to breastfeed the longest possible, it is very important for him, and that while working 100%.
We live in France and obviously I can pump milk in the bathroom in the office so it is all feasible. There are laws to protect mothers.
It is something that I was gonna do anyway, but somehow the fact that he s telling me that I need to do that while working 100% (we are financially very independent and we do everything 50/50) pissed me off. Even though I wanted to do that for the baby anyway before he said a thing, I just find it so easy for him to say those words cause he has nothing to do of extra effort.
Have you ever had that case with your husband / bf?

I ve always been kind of healthy eating a balanced diet and avoiding processed food cooking a lot of fresh veggies and meat.

Since my pregnancy started I have a bad time tolerating natural home made dishes.

I rather eat chicken as in nuggets than a chicken breast I cook

A doughnut over a banana

And like that with every other meal.

I eat very well frozen already prepared dishes that has been processed as well, easier to digest and it doesn’t get me nauseous as some natural foods

I ve eaten also loads of frozen pizza :(

Is anyone having also this issue? I saw I ve lost a bit of weight during my first trimester ultrasound so I told myself better to eat unhealthy than no eating at all…

Starting now my second trimester and still nauseated and tired
