I don't know if anyone is having this right now but I'm trying to play and built my deck to maximise the faction thing as I'm only in arena 2 but anytime I get into a game my units are greyed out and I can't place them at all is this something going on or is there a way to fix it?

I'm playing mkx with my cousin doing the online tower and I was against ermac and while I was comboing him I just randomly died and I was about to beat him like it was a close one just to randomly die can someone explain what happened?
