I know Devlin or Devlon or however it’s supposed to be spelled is not very common but is a rather normal name but why the random capitol L. Not sure if it makes it bad enough to classify as a tragedeigh but I for sure rolled my eyes reading it.
I’m not sure if this is the right sub but I need advice. I was told to wait a week for processing and now they are trying to tell me that my email said 10 business days for processing (which it definitely did not) this company has been so hard to get in contact with. Honestly the worst part isn’t even that they’ve gone over the timeframe they stated, it’s that they have not communicated with me at all. I responded to their email almost immediately with proof that what they were saying was not correct and now they are ignoring me again. There is no option to cancel my order on their website but honestly at this point I would just like my money back to go somewhere else. If they aren’t going to be here in time anyway I might as well go somewhere that values and respects my time and abides by what they say. How do I get my money back if I can’t cancel on the website and customer service won’t respond to me so I can request a cancellation?
Ok the overwhelming advice was to email again and request a cancellation even though I haven’t gotten a response yet so I did. It said: Can you just cancel my order and issue a full refund. At this point I would rather take my business to a company that values my time and sticks to their commitments.
Hopefully they don’t try to pretend like they didn’t see it.
I am at my wits end. I keep finding so many ticks on my dog and all around my house. I saw one big one on his eyelid so I figured I’d do a once over to make sure he didn’t have any more and I ended up pulling about 175 little tiny baby ticks off of him. I am due to pick up more of his flee and tick chewables on Monday but that will only help with the ones that bite him. What can I do to keep them out of the house. Can exterminators treat our yard? Are there any flea and tick meds that work as a repellent instead of just killing the biters? What do I do?
I haven’t found any ticks on myself but we’ve been finding an alarming number of ticks on our dogs lately. It is a little hard and sore and very itchy. Regardless I am going to keep an eye on it just wanted to know if it was maybe a tick bite because google only shows the worst a tick bite can look like.
Found a tick on my dog a little while ago but couldn’t get a solid id because I didn’t realize we needed to de the head. I just found one and tried to get good pictures but it was so tiny it was a little hard to get my phone to focus.
