God Is Human
We are gods with bleeding hearts.
We split atoms. We write code that thinks.
We build empires out of sand and sorrow.
But we can't hold ourselves together.
We mastered the world - but not ourselves.
We tamed the wild.
Mapped the stars.
Built machines that don't feel pain.
But we still cry in bedrooms
and break under the weight of our own thoughts.
We create meaning, and then let it kill us.
We invented God to feel less alone.
Then we turned Him into law, into war, into shame.
We called it perfection.
And bled ourselves trying to reach it.
But perfection was a lie.
A story told by scared men who
needed the sky to love them back.
Nothing is perfect.
Not the world. Not God. Not us.
And maybe that's beautiful.
Because if God is human and we are broken
God Is Human.
