So I'm pretty much a beginner again at this point. It has been a longgg time and I don't feel as flexible as I once was.
What are some poses I can work on to make getting into Wild Thing easier and more pronounced. Right now, I have like 0 arch in my back and its hard for me to get my arm over my shoulder.
How long does is typically take to get limber again?
