Give me an example of frugal while trying to reach FIRE.
Context: We are a couple with a 1-year-old. we earn approximately 9,000 net, but our fixed expenses are quite high (around 6,000 with the majority being mortgage, utility, and childcare).
I feel like our investment rate should be higher than it is. So I am looking for ways to be more frugal.
Through the Common Conditions Service scheme, pharmacists now can prescribe some medication, including for thrush. To my astonishment, It’s the same we can buy over the counter. It says in the HSE article that a pharmacist can also prescribe antifungal capsules and tablets, but my pharmacist showed me the protocol - they can prescribe only one type of tablets and it’s not even available for order. Canesten would not work for me cause I am on strong antibiotics. So so annoying! Have to go back to GP, pay once more for a GP visit to get antifungal tablets.
I've submitted tax return request 4 weeks ago, and still haven't heard back. The status is submitted. Has anybody had anything similar? In the past, my tax return would take up to a week max.
As title says. Ideally, I would like to order it instead of having a need to go to the UK. Is there a company that ships to Ireland? Can I buy it in Italy or Poland? I know it's prescription only here.
I bought one bottle and it proved to be a really great sunscreen. The feel is very very similar to SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella but with much better protection. I wear it under BB cream and the layering is close to perfect. Quite proud of a local EU company producing such product.
Now a problem is my husband really needed a new sunscreen, so I gave it to him lol. G&G website says it's all sold out, so I patiently waiting and putting on LRP in the mean time.
