My wife isn’t really a gamer, but she loves to play RPGs. She has played mass effect and dragon age, but that’s about it.
Lately she started reading interview with a vampire and absolutely loved it. I was playing VTMB2 while she was around and it was enough to get into it so she would start a playthrough of her own.
She fell in love with the game almost instantly, it’s crazy to see how someone with almost zero expectations of what the game should be sees the game in a different light.
She doesn’t really care about RPG depth, to be honest, she’s mostly playing it because she loved the story and universe. Right now i’m having a blast explaining VTM lore to her.

And i actually think there is a great game underneath all the problems this game has (and there are a lot) and had it not been named “Bloodlines 2” the reception would’ve been very different.
Now it’s time to wait for her to finish this one to introduce her to the OG
