What 8 years of intense social isolation and maladaptive daydreaming looks like

I’ve been using daydreaming as a coping mechanism for as long as I can remember, but it always was pretty tamed and manageable, but that completely changed once I started having troubles with certain relationships in my life, I started dealing with anxiety and depression, it then turned into me needing time away from family and friends to go into my own little world in my head, eventually it evolved into the only thing I wanted to do, I ghosted my friends and started avoiding family members, I stop trying at school and just started skipping classes to go daydream, then I dropped out of school and got a job and working while moving in my grandparents basement, which made things worse because they were never home so I was more alone with my thoughts, and I’ve just been doing that on auto pilot for eight years straight, I’ve just started getting back to reality and it’s though because the people I was hanging out with in school are almost all married and have children’s with a house and a good job while I’m sorta mentally the same teenager I was then before isolating myself, I’ve been trying to reach out to a lot of people the past few weeks, but I almost just get left on read and it hurts so bad, I’m 24 with no high school diploma, no friends, no partner, and all that while now feeling like a stranger in my own family I myself avoided for so long, I’ve been thinking about suicide a lot this past week and I don’t know what else to do with my life, thank you for reading, I’ll try my best for now.
