I'm thinking of pursuing a BA in political science at UMPI. I was wondering if anyone had a reading list for the courses so I could prepare and get this done as fast as possible. I'm not the fastest reader.
Has anyone noticed that VLC has become kind of slow to open lately under Windows 11? It just hangs for like a two seconds.
I opened an MP3 and I noticed Windows Media Player didn't hang the same way. So I thought, and this may sound nuts, Microsoft may have made Windows delay it to subtly nudge people away from the best media player.
I'm probably paranoid regarding the explanation, but if anyone else has noticed the lag, please let mention it.
