I think it got personal...
Fidel Castro famously survived 638 assassination attempts made by the CIA. Although the figure is highly debatable!
How would football clubs and transfers work under socialism?
Club structure and ownership
In a socialist society, the possibility of a wealthy individual or corporation buying a football club would not exist as football clubs as a monetary asset would not be a thing.
Would the club instead be collectively owned by those who work in it, i.e., players, coaches, and staff members? Or would supporters also have a formal stake? How would this relationship between fans and workers look like?
Transfers
Similar to clubs, football players wouldn’t be viewed as financial assets. Would academies/clubs receive some form of compensation for developing a player in a transfer? How would one decide the value of a football player within a socialist society?
These questions can also be applied to other sports as well.
Is it possible for a planet to have an atmosphere that only covers a part of the planet? Meaning that the rest of the planet is exposed to the vacuum of space.
I did do a google search but only found an AI response saying that it is theoretically possible. I dont want to rely on AI answers so I thought that I could check in here as well.
