I noticed that the top of the card had those markings, is it better to keep this sealed in the packaging or should I open it?

Hey everyone! I sent my cards to grade through my local GameStop back in January. I just got the grades back from my submission but not the actual slabs yet. When looking over at the grades I noticed that my Pokemon Center Team Rockets Wobbuffet Promo had some play on it and was graded an 8. I remember pulling it out of the ETB carefully and then placing it in a sleeve to be sent for grading. There were no white spots on it so I was shocked seeing the grade and then the photos of the card that PSA provided. I luckily took photos of the card, but in the sleeve that was being sent to PSA, before I submitted it to GameStop. I need suggestions on what I should do because I’m currently lost for words since this has never happened to me when submitting to PSA before.

I added some photos before my submission as well as screenshots from a video I had taken of the card in the sleeve.
