WLB is Worklife Benefits, not Workload Balance. JFC, could you have found a clearer way to show you dont give a crap about the limbo WLB Specialists find themselves in?

Also, we didnt ask about people detailed to WLB, no one is detailed to WLB in most VISNs at this point.

We asked about the specialists who were working Leave and Benefits and have now watched Benefits be handed to people who are overwhelmed with the 30 day hire process and dont have time to pay attention in the Benefit training we are trying to provide.

Requesting to be added as the mod for the VHA_human_resources sub, I created this sub before the current administration and left as mod when someone from my local VA made what was considered a threat by local VHA management and I was worried I’d get fired if they found out I created and moderated the sub.

Things at VHA have calmed down a bit and they seem slightly less likely to fire people for no reason.

It badly needs a sub, as some of the comments and posts are off the wall.

I’d love to hear from a VISN that’s experiencing cooperation among the stakeholders/leaders and has an actual plan to take care of the employees whose benefit tasks we’re supposed to be assisting with.

55 year old former 38DDD (lord knows what size I REALLY was - pre breast reduction circa 2004. 38C for years afterward - probably not, but that’s the size I wore.

Lost 60-65 lbs in the past few years, so currently 4’11” and 114 lbs. I have worn multiple sizes during my weight loss and am trying to find the correct size now that I’ve stopped losing weight.

Measurements are as follows: 29.5, 29, 28, 33.5 & 35. I measured twice. The calculator says 30DD/30DDD.

I’m in the US, specifically the middle of nowhere southern Ohio, so not a lot of local options for bra selection.

I think I have shallow breasts with deep roots, although due to my reduction, my nips are a bit higher than they would be if I hadn’t had it. They’ll stay on my chest when my breasts have flattened out in old age, lol.

I had been wearing Maidenform Pure Genius Racerback and Fruit of the Loom T-Shirt bras both in 36C but they are just unbearable at this point - band too loose, cups too big (after reading the wiki, I know this is actually because of the band).

I purchased a Maidenform in 32D because I couldn’t believe I could actually be a band size 30 (body dysmorphia is real after so much weightloss!). It doesn’t fit correctly but I can’t pinpoint what’s wrong with it. It’s the polar opposite of the Freya…my breast are far apart and look awful in general.

I purchased a Freya Arya Deco Plunge in 30DD and it smashes my breasts together, but the band is very comfy. The cups are comfortable except that they gap at the top, which is what made me look into whether my breasts were considered shallow or not.

I looked at the Wiki and it seems a lot of the bra styles that are recommended aren’t made any longer. Would the b’tempt’d Future Foundation Lightly Padded Underwire T-Shirt bra be comparable to the b’splendid underwire t-shirt bra? I see that both had/have stretch cups?

Also looking for advice on which size. This is kind of exhausting.

Any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
