Almost 0.5-1% of the Pakistani population has psoriasis. How do you manage life with it especially when most people around us assume scalp psoriasis as dandruff and body psoriasis as some contagious infection.

Need suggestions for brands/websites that have male trousers with good length 42 atleast. My waist is 34 but the trouser length is 42-43. Preferably active wear with a loose bottom. I've been struggling to find something.
