FTTP installation question

I fully appreciate that this is difficult to answer conclusively but I just wanted to gauge people’s experiences of similar situations.

There’s Full Fibre installed in our street, it’s above ground (telegraph poles).
I’d like to get it installed but I have questions.

We live in a three-story mid terrace.
The poles are out the front.
Our living room and current router location are at the rear, on the middle floor.

Ideally, I’d like to keep the router where it is, so I could hardwire to my PS4 and a laptop.

Do you think they’d have to route cables internally, through from the front of the house to the back or would they go as far as running them over the roof? Being three stories, our roof is pretty high!

I tried asking VM via chat but, after about 15 minutes of waiting, they basically said that an engineer could come out and look.

As I said, I know that nobody can say for sure but this can’t be a unique situation, so hopefully some of you have experienced similar.

Underfloor sweeting

For a week now, every time I go around a tight bend, something hard bobbles along beneath the carpet in my Model 3. If I had to guess, it’s a Lidl knock-off peanut M&M.

My assumption is that I’ve lost one through the vents beneath the seat and it’s rattling around in the ducting. Yes yes, I know I should’ve bought a vent cover but it’s a 2019 model and I’ve never even looked under there, just shoved the vacuum nozzle in and didn’t actually notice whether any were fitted. Bit late now.

So my question is, how the hell can I retrieve it?!*

Emergency internet

We have had Three 5G broadband at home for about 3 years now and the signal is good, we we generally get 300-500MBit connection.

Unfortunately, we woke on Tuesday this week to find that there was no connection. The Three Network Checker acknowledged that there is a problem and chats with the reps have now confirmed that it could be a WEEK to resolve. This is a disaster, as aside from anything else, my partner works from home!

Could anybody please recommend a temporary solution. I was thinking of a relatively cheap router with a SIM for another network but I don't know which of the thousands on offer are any good.

We live in Stoke-on-Trent.
