Finally I'm nic free! 😄

After 20 years I finally managed to quit nicotine! Started cigs and went to vaping when it came out and did an rda then went to salts high mg. Thought I'd never quit tried nrt wellbutrin which made me think self harm thoughts ( I quit that medication real quick). I then quit pot cold turkey it gave me panic attacks and started tapering off benzos right afterwards took me 6 or so months to quit it and then started getting lung issues I was at the end of my ropes went thru absolute hell getting off benzos only to be hit with a curve ball that scared the shiz outta me and I was like eff it I'm quitting nic one way or another and ended up on chantex as a hail mary since I tried everything else nrt legit everything even went down to 3mg from 50mg on my vape a month prior to starting chantex. Did chantex 30ish days and said to hell with vaping and went to visit family without my vape or any nic stayed five days came back home immediately threw away all my nic products and ain't looked back it's day 7 of no nic and I couldn't be more thankful my lungs have finally started to recover I was at a point in which I almost went to the ER a few times due to breathing issues and chest pains for sure caused by chain vaping 13hrs a day since I could at work. I legit think chantex has saved my life and wanted to share my experience to everyone who has quit mad respect it's not easy by any means but being able to finally breathe right again outweighs any residual cravings I'm so glad to be alive. Also to anyone trying to quit know that you will be able one way or another it took me a long time to find a way to but I did and couldn't be more happy 😊. NEVER GIVE UP AND KEEP LIVING THE DREAM THERE ARE BRIGHTER DAYS TO COME!!!

I got this ge Clearview 8300 BTU window ac I've had it 3 days total and it's been working fine but I've got a weird light flashing behind the air filter grill. 2 days ago the outside temp did drop below 70 but today it's in the upper 70's I don't know if it's the cool warning anymore and hopefully it's just a defect I don't want to end up having to return it since it's been working pretty well. Just no idea why the lights flashing there. it's not the easiest to see as well with my lights on. About to take that blue tape off as well just figured I'd leave it on first few days.
