hi all, i have a quick question. I want to get 0.25mg dose from 1mg pen, my pen is from novo, i know it is 18 clicks. When i do my second dose do i count 18 clicks from 0 again, please help! thank you 🥰

Hi all, hope you’re doing good. I want to take my shot but i heard of a tip, that eating as clean as you can 24 hours before the shot can mitigate side effects, is this true? Has anyone noticed this?

Hi all, i got Ozempic given to me today thankfully, but when i got home i realized my doctor gave me 1mg…my doctors office is very difficult sometimes and they will tell me to book another appointment which is €60 and then i will have to pay for a new pen again which is €150 cause since i’ve taken the current pen home the pharmacy are less likely to accept it back for a refund/exchange which is understandable for safety reasons, i’ve done research and saw people say 18 clicks will give me 0.25 dose in 1mg pen, has anyone done this successfully? i’m a bit nervous about it. thank you,
