Currently looking for rentals, and then this one rental that I liked, when I asked for the payment ng deposit and advance, sa agent daw muna. Rental payment din ay bank transfer pero kay owner.
Should I flag this ba? And what steps do I need to take to make sure na hindi ito suspicious. Thank you!
For those renting sa tabi mismo ng LRT, how loud is the noise generated by the train and rinig ba from your unit? Would like to gauge kung gano karinig yung sound from condo haha, currently looking at rental options along Taft-Vito Cruz area TIA!
Hi. Which direction ang morning rush hour (say, 7am) along Buendia?
Trying to figure out kung madali bang makasakay from Chino Roces cor. Buendia papuntang Ospital ng Maynila along Harrison pag umaga. So far, tried the commute from Buendia to hospital (by 6pm), and took me 25 mins at medyo hirap makasakay.

So i found a place na i think swak na for my preferences, budget, etc. Ang pinaka catch lang ay nasa harap to ng elevator. Althoughhh they said naman na walang masyadong tenant sa building, but yah still thinking about it haha.

Hello, planning to rent around Chino Roces area, and so far Oriental Gardens isa sa mga ine-eye ko. Any issues or experiences here? Especially kung may issues with noise from kapitbahay, soundproofing, safety around the area, elevator, and pest. TIA!
