Archery "flow state"?
Hey everyone! Been shooting barebow for awhile now and for the most part I'm self taught watching videos from Jake Kaminski or even watching Barebow Classics (mostly Ollie Hicks highlights since he's a lefty like me and the recent Lancaster show was amazing when he climbed from 6th seed to winning it all).
So to get straight to the point, I feel like I sometimes enter this sort of "flow state" when I just go blank and shoot shots where all 6 of my arrows group amazingly in the 10 and 9s during one set but right after it just goes poof, its been happening atleast every other day I go shooting but I want to understand how do I trigger this and how can I be more consistent with it in the long run.
Any thoughts are welcome, thank you!
