Well at least my card was locked!

Charged me WITHOUT my permission, then refused to give me a supervisor to report the behavior. That's absolutely wild. Is this what audible customer service is always like?!

I repeatedly asked for a supervisor in at attempt to correct what is clearly not a mistake, and people wanna act like I cussed them out and kicked their grandma in the head. 😂

This person, or AI as some people wanna say, asked for permission twice before deciding to charge me anyway after not getting permission.

And yes, I said ok great to them confirming they are the same person in a second chat, as the times will show. I've also posted in the comments a screenshot of my card, showing that they attempted the charge BEFORE I said ok great. So the defense of they took that as me giving permission doesn't hold.

Recs needed! Dark paranormal/fantasy RH with actual spice and completed series

Okay so I've been on an absolute reading binge and I need help finding my next obsession.

Books I've loved as reference points:

Her Soul to Take

Carnage Island

Gilded Wings

Their Blood Queen

Bride of Death

The Never King

Duskwalker Brides

Basically I want:

Dark. Actually dark, not just vibes dark

Spice that DELIVERS. I've been burned twice recently by barely cracked door situations masquerading as open door 4/5 spice 😭

Supernatural world that feels real (creature mythology, actual world building, not just humans with powers going to college)

RH preferred but MF works if it's amazing

Completed series please, I can't do the waiting game

Hard no on rape (but cnc is perfectly acceptable lol)

Open to monster romance, morally grey everything, creative creature types, demons, fae, etc etc. The Duskwalker books broke my brain in the best way so don't be shy 😂

What have you got for me?
