Hi everyone,

Suddenly, Amazon is requiring an EPR License for Austria. It is much more complicated than the German registration since it requires a license, a local representative, and a notarized Power of Attorney.

These costs are quite high for the low volume I sell in Austria.

The question is: If I block shipping to Austria (and disable FBA Export), will the Account Health risk notification eventually disappear?

Looking for advice from veteran sellers who have successfully bypassed the 90-day Weight & Dimension reimbursement policy.

Amazon admitted they overcharged me for 18 months due to a measurement glitch. 3,000+ units affected.

Because of the 90-day policy, they are only paying out for 23 orders (<1%). I was OOS during the "authoriszed window", so their policy effectively wipes out 99% of what they overcharged.

I’ve hit a wall with the Managing Director’s office. They won’t escalate further and refusing to treat this as a General Billing/Accounting Error.

- What is the best course of action at this stage?

- Who are the best heavy hitters in the third-party recovery space for cases about $5k?
