Hi all,

I bought a Amarok back in February, great guitar that needed a little work, nothing serious just a set up (nut cut etc) anyway, issue I'm having now the E & A saddles keep unwinding/snapping new strings (week old) At the moment the guitar is only been played a hour a day maximum. Could the saddles have a burr? Have any of you had similar issues? I have some knowledge how to remove the burrs, but would it be easier to just change the saddles and if so which ones would you recommend?

Hey all, hope you're all well?

I just have a few questions (please don't judge me)

I had my revision on the 29th July to Roux En Y from Sleeve, don't get me wrong the first time I suffered mentally because the liquid diet is horrendous lol, but this time around I'm suffering from severe fatigue for example I can have 8 hours sleep, wake up and a hour later feel tired again, yet of a night time I've got real bad insomnia.

Did any of you suffer with these feelings/side effects? Constantly feeling dreadful and anxiety overwhelmed etc?

Did you ever experience anything like this? Naturally tiredness leads to snapping at loved ones and that's the last thing I want to do, I also suffer from Epilepsy and tiredness is a major trigger of my seizures so any help would be highly appreciated.

Again, sorry if these questions sound dumb.

I had a revision to the Roux en Y on the 29th July this year from a sleeve in May 2025, I'm currently in the worst pain in my abdomen near the "Bitch Stitch lol). I went to the Surgical Assessment Unit yesterday because I was in the shower an I over did things and felt a pop, he said it was some fat springing back into place (bloody hurt lol) anyway, my questions are:

Did you guys/gals suffer like this to the point it's hurting to sit on the toilet.

How long did it take you to go for a bowel movement? I hear horror story's of impacted stool and I haven't been since the 27th July, and did you take any Movicol or laxatives?

Hey dudes, just wondering if anyone has changed out the Retro Actives to something else (emg 81, Het set etc), fishmans or Seymour Duncan Blackouts to name a few, basically something with a full cover? I've read mixed things from people mentioning the cavity is too small so would need adjusting by a few mm, I'm handy with a router so that's no bother.
