Atraxa but stun. Is it degen enough?

I have done plenty of looking around and decided I wanted to build atraxa, praetors voice. Instead of poison counters and +1/+1 counters; I wanted to be evil and build the deck around stun counters. I have a mock up of what I was thinking but I'm open to criticism on it and ideas. I'm mostly looking for like card draw help because it seems to be a bit of weakness of mine. I think i have a pretty good way to draw cards. And it is something I want to get better at. I'm also thinking about some more protection but I'm not to sure.

Toph but not land fall

I have done a little bit of research on trying to build Toph, The first metal bender and i was thinking of using cheap/value artifacts (for example like 1 drop equipment) instead of using landfall shenanigans. I wanted to build something that seems different from the landfall. I might have looked in the wrong places but it all seems to be land fall.

Does anyone have deck ideas or lists to get some inspiration?

Stun counters

I don't know if its been done yet but definitely not in my play groups. Proliferate with stun counters.

I was thinking of like Atraxa or Kilo or even Xavier Sal and commencing the shenanigans that way.

Any ideas/thoughts?

Goad

Aside from The Beamtown Bullies (I'm building them next). Are there any group goad(?) Commanders i can build around? I saw there was one from the New Cappena set but i wanna build some jank around it.
