Just pulled out of my first ever alpha chest! What’s it worth?

I saw this posted in the trading hub and my family’s huge Toy Story fans so I obviously love the build, but I’ve been very iffy on trading for houses via trading hub because of how much houses get cloned. Before I send an offer, is this house an original or cloned?

I made a post about 7 months back about how I had gotten the last sticker I needed for my collection (animated seagull) , then the vol2 sticker pack came out and I was once again missing stickers. I've been slowly hunting every sticker from the new pack down and just got the last one I needed! My sticker collection is complete! At least for now lol!

Not cloned, built by me! Spent around 15-20K, used a lot of Pinterest inspo! Anything I should change or add before trading it?

I'm frankly new to animal jam and don't really understand how to properly determine a pets worth other then looking at expo prices. How much are these worth approximately???

Im newer to building and dont build all too frequently. This house I’ve been working on feels to bland? Any recommendations on how I can improve it or ideas on what I should add?

This is NOT my design, I got the design off Pinterest. Im newer to building and not a frequent builder so this was my first time doing pixel art!
