My humble collection
My humble collection:
- Cadet - my EDC and the perfect day to day for me. I love this knife! A gift from my two sons on Father's Day about 15 years ago. I accidentally took it through security at the airport one time...I had to mail it back to myself, ugh.
- Pioneer or Soldier (I believe?)- I found this in the street while walking my dog about five years ago. Knocked on a few doors to find the owner to no avail. It's mine now!
- Tinker - This belonged to my father who passed away a few months ago. I think of him while I hold it in my hand throughout the day, glad that I could have this. He loved a good pocketknife and had many.
Progressive lenses straight from Ray-Ban and a question
I’ve worn aviator frames for years, but this is my first time trying progressive lenses directly from Ray-Ban, rather than the generic lenses in my Ray-Ban frames from the local optical retailer. Ray-Ban absolutely hit it out of the park! Happy to have their G15 lens in my prescription. Everything is crystal clear and they have the look that I wanted. And yeah, I like the logo on the lens!
Question for everyone. Other than a fit adjust, what do you use to keep glasses from slipping? Is there something that could slip over the stems that has a little bit of stickiness to them? I love wearing these on my walks, but as I perspire, they start to slip a little bit. Just wondering if there are some remedies out there that folks have tried.
