If enemy disconnects during ranked game, it seemingly doesnt give you the ranked win :( (neither achievements or a rank up)
Happened to me playing lvl 9 vs a lvl 17 ranked played who tried to rush me. Ended up winning, but he disconnected and it gave him the 20 sec disconnect, which ended up triggering. Didnt see my steam achievement for 3 ranked wins in a row, or a level up.
