I heard that the "true ending" shows smth about them, but how can I get that true ending? Any specific stuff I gotta do? And just a quick question, how do the bad endings work? And do I have to repeat stuff after getting them? And how do I even get these bad endings?

I havent been playing for long and kinda new, but i have almost enough Rodion shards to extract/dispense. What is the best ID I can get thatll actually be worth it? Or is there an ID not on there but only on the banners? Or does each ID work with a specific team?
I keep getting emails about pins being removed from my account, it started a long while ago, but it came to my attention now. I don't wanna lose my account because there might be something I saved YEARS ago that I dont remember. I dont wanna lose my account becaus eit has years of memories..Is this a glitch? Or should I be worried about my account?
Ive been saving pins for a few years now. There are some id like to remove, but my problem is, ive saved thousands of pins, now its hard to scroll down and delete them because whenever I remove one it sends me back to the top, is there any way i can sort it to be from oldest to newest?
