Hi all, just joined this sub and wanted to say hello!
I run a small vending machine business based here in Islington, and I’ve lived in the borough since 1995. I’m always on the lookout for good spots to place machines — offices, construction sites, gyms, colleges, community centres, waiting rooms, break rooms, anywhere with decent footfall really.

The machines are supplied and installed completely free of charge, no cost to the site owner — I handle stocking, servicing, and maintenance myself.

If you know of a business, workplace, or venue in Islington that might benefit from having a vending machine on-site, I’d really appreciate a pointer in the right direction. Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

Hi all my 6th day. During these days I’ve gone over my 24 hour fast period by 1-2 hours each day and I’m now eating at 6-7 at night so today I ate 1 hour earlier at 5. I would ideally like this to be around 2-3 in the afternoon.

Also to those of you with more experience in this do I give myself a cheat day?

I’ve also on some days not really focused on what I’m eating weather it’s fried food or the calories.

Also I am eating a protein brownie after my meals as I’ve noticed myself craving sugar the last 2 days.

Finally this is a bit of a confession but on 2 of these days at the end of my fast instead eating just 1 meal I’ve doubled my portions. So like yesterday I ordered 2 portions of a curry and ate them both.

Just joined this sub and today is day 1 for me I had my only meal at 12:45 today it’s now 21:00 and it’s getting hard I am thinking about making a black coffee to take away the hunger and cravings

Also I am doing this to get rid of belly fat

I ordered my food it came when I opened it, I noticed it’s a completely wrong order with different items.

Got in touch with justeat who asked for photos I took the photos and sent back and requested that if the driver is here he can come back and collect the food.

They got back to me saying they are not able to refund or compensate.

Is this a wind up? I wanted to ask anyone else experienced this what I can do as I am just really annoyed and frustrated.
