I am stuck on what to watch currently and I came across Black Butler on Crunchyroll. It has some 4.8/5 rating there. Would you recommend watching it or should I go with some other show?

I recently purchased 3 volumes of Haikyuu!! from Amazon and their print number is 4. Now I am thinking of buying more volumes from Bookswagon but the print number might be different. Does it affect the story or anything somehow or it is okay to have various print versions?
Edit: Thanks for your responses. I tried to clear out in the comments what I could. Anyways, I have decided to keep the mangas without fussing over these print editions.
