Got this device almost 2 months ago.

Plz advice

I got this phone a month ago only and today I saw this dent and seriously don't how tf I got this, but I can't do anything now. But how costly this will be for me in terms of future?

Warranty will be nulled of something happens or if something happens to my screen they will use this physical damage to not replace it or anything. Plz help

So I've had the Sennheiser Momentum 4 for a while now and the sound quality is genuinely great, but there's one issue that's been driving me crazy — the ANC is completely unusable whenever I'm moving(sudden vibration).

The problem:

Any slight road vibration while commuting (bus, car, train) causes this really irritating disturbance through the headphones. Same thing happens while running. The ANC mics seem to pick up physical vibrations and it creates this horrible thudding disturbances that's just irritating and mood off while listening, and a major problem while listening.

Thing is this problem didn't exist before few months , i bought last September but from January it started(probably after a updates).

Should I any write any complaints to the company?

Ps. The image shows literally what I want to do when it happens.

So I bought this after using oneplus nord ce 2 lite 5g for 4 years, this is an incredible jump in specs for me, like I've crossed heaven.

Always a oneplus supporter, I had doubts as this company stopped it's operations overseas but wanted to buy this and got this for 55k. Was it the right price as it is a year old now.

Plz drop your suggestion or any tips.

I updated 4 times after I got this phone and also battery is also degrading fast it might be because I am setting up my phone, continuously data transfer and internet usage and background optimization might be working, but will the get better like 2 days of battery???.
