I want my 2 year old son to play a musical instrument and also have an interest in listening to music.

What's the right age to start music classes

What instrument should he learn (I'm leaning towards the Guitar or Piano, keyboard or Ukelele AND 1 Indian instrument like the Sitar, Sarod, Tabla, Bansuri, Shehnai). Is it practical to learn both western and Hindustani music?

What kind of music exposure would be beneficial towards such a goal and how do I go about it - should I just play let's say pop music at home and in the car (Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Adele, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, etc), or should I play music for a specific instrument eg guitar solos, clasical music with piano, etc)

I've read about the Suzuki method - if I understood it right, even before he learns any music theory, immersion in music and listening to it helps.

Having said this, eventually I'll support my son in whatever his interests are (instrument, music or no music)

Can someone please guide me on these points

  1. How much land would be needed to build a warehouse or cold storage facility

  2. The cost of building the warehouse or cold storage facility

  3. How do you find customers (companies) which use this warehouse as a distribution center

  4. What's the ROI?

Reading is a great habit to build early, and with my 2-year-old, I’m trying to be intentional about it. I often wonder: how do I build a genuine interest in reading, how much should I be reading to him each day, and what’s the best way to read—just going through the words, or making it expressive, playful, and interactive?

Can someone explain the economics of farming: from farm (cost of seeds, fertilizers, land, labour, irrigation etc) to selling raw produce to corporations who process and refine them, sell them to retailers who eventually sell them to end consumers. Who makes how much money at each step?
