I'm an SC. Have 94.03%ile and so which should I go for?

So I'm joining dtu with cse this year as an sc candidate. I got 94%ile in April. My family income is <2.5 lpa so I'm eligible to get the freeship card and the post maric scholarship.
But I'm seeing that the freeship card is issued after the physical reporting and the time in which you have to pay the 1.5 lakh fees after the 95k acceptance fees.
Would I have to pay it anyway and wait for the nsp scholarship for refund or something can happen beforehand?

Gemini 3.1 pro is unusuably slow?? Like 1st mssg of the chat is quick but after that it takes literally 2-3 minutes for a single response and sometimes doesn't even respond and the thinking traces don't even show up.

Like Gemini 3.1 pro was released almost 3 months ago. In that span we got Chatgpt 5.4 and 5.5 from OpenAI and Opus 4.6 (albeit it was earlier like 2 weeks) and Opus 4.7 . That's almost a log of two model releases.
Like yes we get it, you're the absolute SoTa but for like what? Only for few weeks because you have new models from Anthropic and OpenAI dropping to take the crown for the next 1-2 months.
For example, 3.1 flash lite took so much time just to get a GA where in that much time we could have seen another model generation of OpenAI
Is this a disadvantage of having the biggest models in the market by far?
