I want to do a personal shipment to a friend in America, about $2000 worth of stuff

What are my options if I do not have an ABN/zonos account?

My employer has a policy that sais ‘must arrive 15 minutes early, this time is unpaid’

It is not enforced and usually the new hires will do it for a few weeks then stop when they feel comfortable and after seeing other people dont

I went through that myself showing up 15 mins early and starting work for a ~20 shifts

Would you raise this with your employer or fair work?
