It has full tank of gas, it used to crank but had to hold gas pedal in order for it to start and now it doesn’t crank it makes this sound

Is the price for this Silverado worth it? I don’t know how reliable these trucks are and is it worth the purchase for 9k with 200k plus miles? It also has engine lights on and the seller didn’t listed it on the ad. Looks nice but I just want to make sure I’m not buying a lemon.

I’ve seen this truck on Facebook marketplace and I’m not to sure if this truck is worth the price, the seller doesn’t even list the details of the truck and I’m wondering if the seller left it out on purpose just to get rid of it quicker, I know it has a lot of miles but I just need a new pickup for the low since my truck is having problems, I’ve also noticed that it has some engine lights on one of the pictures, are these type of trucks reliable even with some engine lights on?
