Are there any better for a budget of 200€

Recently my moza srp pedals stopped registering when i turned my wheel on so i took them apart to check on the control board and i noticed that the wheel base hub is slightly curved and there is yellow gunk around. Other than that i didnt notice anything wrong with pins and stuff like that. My question is is the yellow stuff supposed to be there and what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!
