They are asking for that money even though I never opted for such schemes!!

How to stop this?

My Rs. 706 plan expired on 7th April. Since then, my services are stopped.

Now, I don't want to recharge for next 2 months. After that, I will recharge again.

So, will they charge extra in the next bill cycle in the case of no recharge? And will they suspend my connection and take the router?
