I was looking places online but they were either academies (with probably people younger than the age bracket im looking for) or were rental places. I was more so looking for a place where I could just walk up and play with others.

I was in greater noida yesterday, and at night I got a message from parivahan Challan regarding the traffic violation. When I checked, the violation was "disobedience of any direction lawful given by the authority . ( mv act 1988 s 179 (1) )", and Challan is of 2000 rupees. In the Challan image, I was wearing a helmet and no sign of any violation like overspeeding or red light jump, and no traffic police stopped me or anything like that . Well, I was just following google to reach my location. Now, I don't know what to do. Did anyone faced the same situation or is this common in greater noida? Can someone help me what to do.

I will be moving in about 1.5 months. I want to know is it hard to find good places, which are drama free? as in i have heard that ppl don't give bachelors houses, and even if they do, there are too many restrictions.
p.s- i am not any kind of nashedi, neither do i have any friends to call over and party with, i am fairly concerned about maintaining my living space hygienic and aesthetic. the only thing i am concerned about is, my partner, sometimes we will be sharing my space. and i have heard people in societies have problem with that, and landlords too. so, ppl please let me know what to do if i do not want to face this problem.
