Counting the final days

Hello everyone,
I will try to keep it short.
So i took a job as project coordinator in an pharma R&D. Well being a fresher, i made mistakes, i exceeded timelines and i had poor communication (not grammatically, but communication related to work) keep in mind, i took this job right out of college as a fresher.
So after 10 months, I’m on a PIP for 30days and i have been doing my best to prove I’m right.

But the thing where I’m confused is, on one hand everyone is saying that now as I’m on PIP, I’m surely gonna get fired and on the other hand the company is assigning me projects with 4-6 months of duration.
So I’m confused, if they are going to fire me or not, I’m getting a feeling if they would want to fire me, why would they assign projects to me.

Take the step, now’s the time to pick up your axe!

Hello there thrill seeker!

Want to learn guitar, but stuck in your busy 9-5 schedule? Worry no more, Karanveer is here for the rescue.
Hi, I’m Karanveer and I have been teaching guitar for more than 4 years. I have experience in teaching guitar to all age group and teaching all type of genres like blues, metal, contemporary and so on.

After joining a 9-5 myself, I understood how difficult it is to find time to learn a new hobby and practice it regularly after frying your brain for 9 hours every day. And to overcome this problem, I have launched special batch with late timings for busy professionals.

The first batch will start at 7PM in the evening and the last batch will be scheduled for 11pm.
There will be two classes per week with ample amount of time between every class for you to practice what you will learn. If you feel like two class is a lot for you, then you can also opt for 1 class per week.
Now comes the main part, how much will it hit you, well not that much.

For 2 class per week, it would be 3000/- per month and for 1 class a week, 1700/-. And for the early birds, there is a special discount.

If you want to know more about it, then hit me up in my DM or the number given in the poster.

Got my appraisal!!

Ola guys! Gonna keep it short.
I completed my bachelors in pharmacy in 2025, worked in sales for 3 months then joined as a project coordinator in a R&D lab, relocated to manesar, gurgaon. In the beginning, being the newbie? I was making a lot of mistake, but after 3 months, i was like yeah, i can do this. I started for asking work from them, did unpaid overtime etc. like i was trying to prove that i can do this. After 9 months i got my appraisal and i got 4%!!! Like my base salary is 26.5k pm, and i got so furious that when i was discussing my numbers with HR, i said that “if this much work gets me 4% so I’ll work even less now and take 2% next year” and also said that “with these numbers, you cannot expect that i will stay more than 6 months in this company”🤦‍♂️
After i got my cool, i was like shit boi! My manager got to know about this (hr and manager are friends) and she said boi, the hr will snitch you to the VP. (It’s a small organisation)

So i just wanna know, is it a valid reason for them to kick me out🕺
