I purchased a used car from a private seller — the parents actually had the car in their possession and the seller (their daughter) signed the title months previously and moved out of state. I went to fill out the mileage and messsed up the last two digits, I didn’t scratch anything out I just tried to write over them and the DMV won’t accept it. They want us to do the statement of fact and get things notorIzed etc etc which would be fine if we lived in the same state and not 1200 miles away from each other. I can not get the seller to return my calls so I can send the forms to her via mail for her to do her part and then send them back.

Are there any other options? Should I try going to another DMV? I don’t know what to do.

Long shot but does anyone remember the route for the drivers test at the dmv in McAllen off pecan..my daughter is taking her test tomorrow and was wanting to hopefully take her driving around there (we just moved here). TIA

I’m set to take my exam Monday. I’ve taken the SH mock exam 1 (82%) and exam 2 (74% - I rushed through this one and realized that I’m not reading things thoroughly & why were there so many expert ?’s. Out of the 46 I got wrong 20 of them were expert 😐) out of the remaining three which one(s) do you think are worth taking? I’ll likely just take one more tonight and then use the weekend to lightly study in areas I’m lacking.

Is there anything anyone recommends on helping all the mosquitos? I realize that they come with the climate and humidity but we can’t even enjoy the outdoors most days because of how bad they are at our house. Everyone will have big welts from the bites.

Our grass isn’t long, no standing water, I’ve tried spraying the yard with stuff, I’ve had it professionally sprayed / bombed. We do all the citronella candles. I haven’t tried plants yet. I’m not a good plant girly. Pls help! I just want to be able to sit outside and not have 800 mosquito bites. Same for my kids.
