Power window woes

Hey folks. Recently bought an 07 rclb for a work truck and after getting the timing belt and water pump wrapped up i am moving on to the little things.

Neither of my windows will roll up/down. 30a fuse is intact. Doesn't seem like i am getting power. Passenger window doesn't work aswell as driver, no matter what button I press to lower.

I read that the relay is non serviceable, and a new switch is not cheap.

Anyone have any ideas or advice?

Prospective purchase

Hey folks. Looking at an 07 tundra. Single cab, long bed, 4.7. 235k miles, 5000 bucks. 4x4

Seems like a good deal to me. Lots of experience wrenching on older 4 cylinders, pickups and tacomas, new to toy v8s.

I know timing belt, suspension, brakes, etc

But is there anything 2uz specific I need to look out for? How in depth is the timing belt job compared to a 22re timing chain job?

Thanks!

Hey everybody. I am looking at this truck for a restoration project.

I am no stranger to turning a wrench but am new to auto body.

Wondering what would it would take to cut out and tack on new metal and how much a decent shop should charge for said work.

Thanks

Hey folks. I recently wrapped up a clutch job on my truck. 91 22re w56. I have a spare bolt, 12mm head, that was in my work area when I was done. A local shop was gracious enough to let me use there rack when I was having trouble stabbing the trans in the dirt, so there is possibility that it wasn't mine to begin with.

My question is, are there any other 12mm bolts on this job other than slave cylinder and rear main seal housing?

Hey yall. Got an opportunity to get in this truck. Its got 250k, 22re sounds healthy, timing chain done, head gasket etc. Still original clutch. Interior is worn. Mechanic owned.

My main question is how those running boards affect the rocker panels on these 1st gens. I assume badly? This is a high desert truck, but we get snow and mag chloride a handful of times a year.

Can anyone tell me where the bracket on my slave cylinder hard line bolts up to? It got a bit bent up and im not sure where it mounts to anymore. I have a fresh slave cylinder and line on the way but am going to mount it up temporarily to get me rolling.

Thanks!

Hey everybody. Just threw in a new clutch on a 91 pickup. 22re 4x4. Having a tough time getting the trans back in. I am using a trans jack. Im just gonna keep wiggling and adjusting away at it but if anyone has any useful info it is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
