Content removed but not suspended, will i get banned

TLDR: sent a farming video (cow blowing) got flagged for cs3, it was removed and I have 180 days to request a review. Why is mine not suspended like everyone elses? Will i still get banned after 180 days?(i heard it’s taken as an admission of guilt)

Everyone for the same severe violation usually gets suspended while awaiting a review. Mine also doesn’t have an appeal button it just says “see community guidelines”

What’s going on?

Content removed for severe violation but not suspended, will i still get banned after 180 days?

TLDR: false cs3, but it’s just removed the message no suspension or restrictions. 180 days to request a review. Will i get banned after 180 days or will it just stay removed?

Please somebody reply, nobody has been answering. I sent a video which showed cow blowing, it’s an agricultural procedure (you can search it on tiktok). The video had text in it explaining what was happening which I am guessing what triggered it initially.

I hadn’t been using instagram much and I had no recollection of sending anything bad but i did send one video (cow blowing). So i knew it had to be that and it was. When i click on the chat, everything else loads except the removed content. I had no idea how I could’ve been accused of that but knowing what the video was (cow blowing) it was understandable how it got flagged but it’s literally a farming video. I know it might look weird but that doesn’t mean it’s bad.

Everyone else I’m seeing is either getting suspended for 180 days then banned if they don’t get a review or they somehow get a review then get banned straight away anyway.

In my case it says the video may contain CS3 (I don’t want to trigger anything but yk what it is, it’s what everyone’s getting banned for). It says “may contain” not “does contain” but it also says “goes against community guidelines” but not “might go against…”. Idk what it’s trying to say

Everyone’s I see is suspended then gets banned. Mine just says it’s removed for that very severe violation, but if they removed it then why am I not suspended?

It says I have 180 days to request a review, but mine has no appeal button it just says “see community guidelines”

This happened before 8th of May and it was an AI report I believe.

  1. What will happen to my account?
  2. Why am I not suspended like everyone else when they do for the same reason?
  3. Will my account get banned if I don’t request a review, apparently it’s an admission of guilt if I don’t appeal
  4. Why is my appeal button broken?
  5. Most importantly, what should I do now?
