how can i get the govt subsidies if i buy the ather rizta from flipkart or amazon . is anyone here who have bought from flipkart amazon and got the subsidies.

PS i based in gujarat and we have around 5k subsidy by govt. but i am not sure how to get one if buying from flipkart.

I am looking for buying hotfix /rhinestone paper is there any supplier here?
