I’m based in Dubai and wanted to ask about American Hospital Dubai and Dr. Saad Nano.

I have had 2 failed IVF attempts in India, one fresh transfer and one frozen transfer. Both were negative, and now I don’t have any embryos left. Before starting again, I really want to choose the best doctor and clinic here for a proper review and next plan.

Has anyone done IVF or taken a second opinion with Dr. Saad Nano at American Hospital Dubai? How was your experience with him, the embryology/lab, treatment planning, and overall facility?

Would really appreciate honest feedback, especially from anyone who went there after failed IVF cycles elsewhere.

Hi everyone,

I had a frozen embryo transfer on 1st May with 2 Day 5 forming blastocysts. My official beta is scheduled for 15th May, but because of anxiety I got an early beta done on Day 10 post-transfer.

The result came back as <1 mIU/mL.

I know this is not encouraging, and I am continuing all medicines until my official beta as advised. I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever had a beta this low on Day 10 after a Day 5 FET and still had it rise later, or should I start preparing myself emotionally?
