Right now I'm just waiting on SW999 to come back to get her E6S1 but who else should I pull in l 4.5 and such

I'm on guaranteed (50 pity) and have about 111k jades.
What would be the best team?
E6S1 Waven E2S1 Ashveil (I'd use E0S0 Blade and E1S1 DHPT)
or
E6S1 Rin E2S1 Cerydra (I'd use e6s3 Sparkle and E2S1 Huohuo)
or wait for
E6S1 SW999, I can't really tell if her at E6 would be better than Waven at E6 (I'd use Sparxie E2S1, E0S1 Yao Guang and E2S1 Huohuo)
Or saving for a diff character?
