Tire shop No Respect

Hey everyone, I want to share something that happened today.
My wife was on her way to work when she got a flat tire. She was already stressed because she had an important meeting at 11:00 a.m., so she searched Google for a tire repair shop and found their number.
She called them while she was driving, and her phone was connected to her car’s hands-free system because, obviously, you can’t safely drive while holding your phone. She was also alone.
What happened next completely shocked me. The man who answered the phone started yelling at my wife because her call was on speaker through her car. She calmly explained that she was driving, but instead of understanding, he continued yelling and swearing at her. He was so rude and aggressive that she ended up crying. She called me in tears.
I was shocked, so I called him myself to ask what had happened. He treated me the exact same way, yelled at me, hung up, and then refused to answer any of my calls.
Please, if you respect women and expect basic kindness and professionalism, think twice before doing business with this person.
