Hair Falling-23F

Hey, I(23F) is suffering from the extreme hairfall from top of my head and my skin is totally visible and I am totally worried about this.
My little hair was gray until last year and now 60% of my hair is gray...It makes me too insecure...Any help please and any suggestions to overcome it?
